Shipping Policy - Render and Roots

This policy covers shipping for orders placed at renderandroots.shop.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at markets and events we're attending in the Illinois area, for customers who prefer to skip shipping. To arrange pickup, message us by email at support@renderandroots.shop or via Facebook Messenger before or after placing your order, and we'll coordinate a market/event date and location to hand off your order. A pickup or handling fee may apply depending on the arrangement.

3. Processing Time

Orders are handcrafted in small batches and processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

4. Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout via USPS based on package weight and destination.

  • Orders $100 and up: free USPS shipping.
  • Orders under $100: calculated USPS rate shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on destination and USPS service. These are estimates, not guarantees - Render and Roots is not liable for carrier delays once a package is handed off to USPS.

5. Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact USPS directly first, then reach out to us at support@renderandroots.shop if it isn't resolved.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged-in-Transit Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@renderandroots.shop with your order number (and photos, if damaged) within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with USPS and make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Address Accuracy

You're responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to USPS.
