Render & Roots began at a farmhouse counter in Utica, Illinois, out of a simple frustration: skincare shelves full of ingredients we couldn't pronounce and wouldn't trust on our own family.

So we went back to what worked for generations. We source grass-fed suet, render it slowly and cleanly by hand, and infuse it with real herbs. Small batches mean every jar is fresh and every scent is intentional — nothing rushed, nothing synthetic.
